Do I need a SolarBill installer account to use Quote?
No — SolarBill Quote is available as a standalone product. You don't need an existing SolarBill plan to use it. Simply sign up and you're ready to go.
Can my sales reps use it in the field?
Yes. SolarBill Quote is fully web-based and works on any device including phones and tablets. Your staff log in through their browser — no app to install.
Can I edit the product prices?
Yes — every single product price is editable by the account manager. Your custom prices are private to your company and don't affect anyone else's account.
Can my installer see the prices on the job card?
No. The Job Card document deliberately omits all pricing — it only shows the materials list, quantities and site checklist. Pricing only appears on the Customer Quote.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Your card is charged $200/month automatically. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
